This problem is commonly caused by your device running out of memory. Try closing background applications and restarting Candy Critters to reduce the likelihood of this issue occurring.
Why are my Ad Buttons Greyed Out?
This is caused by your device not being able to connect to the ad network, try changing your network connection and reloading the game.
I made a purchase and didn't receive it, where is it?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. This is commonly caused by the purchase being interrupted during the purchase process. Try restarting your game to reprocess your receipt. If this doesn't help please send us a support ticket with your Player ID along with the items you did not receive and we will compensate you as soon as possible.
How can I move my account to another device or play the same save on multiple devices?
Players on iOS devices will automatically share progress between devices as long as they’re using the same Apple ID. On Android, there is currently no way to retrieve a save on an old device or play the same save on multiple devices, however, this is planned in a future update.
There are two cards for each factory, which do I upgrade?
Both of a Factory’s cards will multiply its income, but Automating a Factory requires upgrading a specific card. Tap on a Factory’s Automate button to view which card needs to be upgraded in order to Automate it.

When navigating to the settings menu on the top right click on the 'Language' button and select your desired language
Where Can I link my Device to Services like Google Play?
Currently, there is no Account Linking in the game however this is planned for a future release and will be accessible through the 'Settings' menu
